Bu şartlar; VocaScene internet sitesi, Chrome uzantısı, Voca konuşma deneyimi, podcastler, alıştırmalar ve Voca Patikası dâhil olmak üzere hizmetlerimizi kullandığınızda geçerlidir. Hesap oluşturarak bu şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hesap ve uygunluk

  • Doğru bir e-posta adresi sağlamalı ve hesabınızın güvenliğini korumalısınız.
  • VocaScene hesabı açmak ve hizmeti kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız.
  • Hesabınızda gerçekleşen yetkisiz kullanımı bize gecikmeden bildirmelisiniz.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

VocaScene bir dil öğrenme aracıdır; sınav sonucu, akademik yeterlilik veya belirli bir öğrenme sonucunu garanti etmez. Yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen açıklamalar, çeviriler, sesler ve alıştırmalar hata içerebilir. Kritik bir kararı yalnızca bu çıktılara dayanarak vermemelisiniz.

3. Ücretsiz ve ücretli özellikler

  • Bir özelliğin ücretsiz veya ücretli olduğu, satın alma öncesinde gösterilir.
  • Ücretli plan etkinleştirilmeden ödeme alınmaz. Fiyat, para birimi, dönem, yenileme ve iptal koşulları ödeme ekranında ayrıca açıklanır.
  • Uygulanabilir tüketici hakları saklı kalmak üzere, iptal planın bir sonraki yenilenmesini durdurur; erişim ödenmiş dönem sonuna kadar devam edebilir.
  • Deneme, kota ve özellik kapsamını makul bildirimle değiştirebiliriz; ödenmiş dönemin temel kapsamını geriye dönük olarak daraltmayız.

4. App Store veya Google Play üzerinden alınan abonelikler

  • Uygulama içinden satın aldığınız abonelikler için ödemeyi Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tahsil eder; faturalandırma bu mağazaların hesabınız üzerinden yürütülür.
  • Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve güncel fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • Aboneliğinizi yönetmek veya iptal etmek için mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarını kullanın (Apple için Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler, Google için Play Store > Ödemeler ve abonelikler). Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre işlenir; iade talebini ilgili mağazaya iletmeniz gerekir. Biz mağaza ödemelerini kendimiz iade edemeyiz.
  • Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda, deneme bitmeden mağaza hesabınızdan iptal etmezseniz deneme ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür. Süre ve fiyat satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
  • Fiyat değişikliklerini mağaza kurallarının gerektirdiği şekilde önceden bildiririz; değişiklik, onayınızdan veya yenilenmeden önce size gösterilir.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Şunları yapamazsınız:

  • Hizmeti hukuka aykırı, taciz edici veya başkasının hakkını ihlal eden amaçla kullanmak.
  • Güvenliği aşmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya hizmete zarar verecek otomasyon çalıştırmak.
  • Başkalarının hesabına ya da kişisel verilerine izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak.
  • Telif hakkını ihlal eden veya paylaşma hakkınız olmayan içeriği yüklemek.

6. İçerik ve fikrî haklar

VocaScene markası, tasarımı, yazılımı ve özgün içeriği üzerindeki haklar bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Kaydettiğiniz kelime, not ve sizin sağladığınız içerik üzerindeki haklarınız sizde kalır. Bu içeriği yalnızca istediğiniz hizmeti sunmak, saklamak, dönüştürmek ve cihazlarınıza iletmek için kullanmamıza sınırlı izin verirsiniz. Netflix, YouTube ve Prime Video üçüncü taraf hizmetlerdir; VocaScene bu markalarla bağlantılı veya onlar tarafından desteklenen bir ürün değildir. VocaScene'de yalnızca okuma hakkınız olan dosyaları açabilirsiniz; kopya korumalı dosyalar desteklenmez ve açtığınız içeriğin sorumluluğu size aittir.

7. Askıya alma ve hesabın kapanması

Şartların ciddi veya tekrarlanan ihlalinde, güvenlik riski bulunduğunda ya da yasal zorunluluk halinde erişimi sınırlayabiliriz. Mümkün olduğunda önce bildirim ve düzeltme fırsatı veririz. Hesabınızı Ayarlar’dan veya hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlarla silebilirsiniz.

8. Sorumluluk ve değişiklikler

Hizmeti makul özenle sunarız ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışmayı garanti edemeyiz. Kanunen sınırlandırılamayan tüketici hakları ve sorumluluklar bu metinden etkilenmez. Önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde veya e-postayla bildirir ve gerektiğinde yeniden onay isteriz.

These terms apply to the VocaScene website, Chrome extension, Voca conversations, podcasts, exercises, and Voca Path. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account and eligibility

  • Provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create a VocaScene account and use the service.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

2. What the service does

VocaScene is a language-learning tool. It does not guarantee an exam result, qualification, or particular learning outcome. AI-generated explanations, translations, audio, and exercises can be wrong; do not rely on them alone for an important decision.

3. Free and paid features

  • We identify paid features before purchase.
  • No payment is taken until you activate a paid plan. Price, currency, billing period, renewal, and cancellation details are shown at checkout.
  • Subject to applicable consumer rights, cancellation stops the next renewal and access may continue until the paid period ends.
  • Trials, usage allowances, and future feature scope may change with reasonable notice; we will not retroactively remove a paid period’s core access.

4. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play

  • If you subscribe inside the app, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) charges you and handles billing through your store account.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel it in your store account settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Google: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, so ask the relevant store. We cannot refund store payments ourselves.
  • If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel in your store account before the trial ends. The length and price are shown before you confirm.
  • We give notice of price changes as the store rules require; any change is shown to you before it applies to a renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, harass others, infringe rights, defeat security, run harmful automation, access another person’s data, or upload content you have no right to use.

6. Content and intellectual property

VocaScene and its original design, software, and content belong to us or our licensors. You keep your rights in content you provide. You give us a limited permission to store, process, and deliver it only to provide the features you request. Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video are third-party services; VocaScene is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. You may open in VocaScene only files you have the right to read; copy-protected files are not supported, and you remain responsible for the content you open.

7. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict access for a serious or repeated breach, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. You can delete your account from Settings or by following the steps on the account deletion page.

8. Liability and changes

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that the law does not allow us to limit. We will give advance notice of material changes and request fresh agreement where required.
